Having an array of choice is fantastic, but sometimes it can be slightly overwhelming. At Artisan, we have literally thousands of beautiful interiors products for you to choose from; sisal, carpet, rugs, timber, tiles, wallpaper, blinds + shades. A department store, filled with high quality goods and brands.
We don’t stop at ensuring we always provide the finest products available, we also insist that those products are supported and delivered with, what we believe to be, the best service in the country in this industry. We work hard to provide all our clients with an Artisan experience, which is a cut above the rest. So, if you are looking for one specific item or a selection of products, our team will help you to choose the right product(s) and should you need any advice on interior design, this is also part of our service.
There are three levels of design service available to you here at Artisan.

1. All our account managers are highly trained, experienced and knowledgeable about the products we offer our clients. Not only that, each member of our team has a great eye for design and a passion for fabulous interiors. For these reasons, all our clients have free access to interior design advice, should they want it, when choosing from Artisan's products.

2. If you are redecorating or moving to a new home and don’t know where to start, we can help. For a one-off fee of $150, we offer a home consult service.
Our home consult service includes specifying; wallpaper, fabrics, upholstery, furniture, window treatments, soft furnishings, bedheads, tiles, rugs, carpet, timbers, blinds and shutter. To arrange a home consult, either email, phone, or call into our Normanby showroom to discuss your brief.
If you live in the Auckland area, we can organise a time that suits to visit your home. We will then put together a personalised digital moodboard based on your colours, flooring, existing furniture pieces etc, in response to your brief. The aim of our home consult is to help you create a space that you love and that reflects your personality.

3. If you are looking for a comprehensive interior design service to help with the renovation of your property, perhaps just a couple of rooms or the entire house, we have award-winning interior design professionals right on our door-step.
Upstairs at our Mount Eden showroom, we house The-landing. The-landing is a creative office space and home to at.space interior design studio.
Feel free to arrange an initial informal meeting with these interior designers, who have the benefit of having Auckland's largest product library on their door-step!
